Deathscape is not pure horror, nor is it traditional fantasy; it’s something of a blend of the two, although the setting is rather modern. The flavor of horror leans toward the cosmic, with some elements of more mainstream styles, but despite this the story relies on realism in some unexpected ways. As such, those with a sensitive stomach or nervous disposition are advised to proceed with caution.
The currently ongoing story in Deathscape is The Revelation, the first major entry into the Mythos. It updates semi-weekly, usually around midnight on Mondays or Wednesdays (Central Time).
